How do I upgrade my site?
Upgrading from a free site: Visit http://activate.sitewild.com and place an order to activate your paid subscription.
Upgrading/downgrading between paid subscription plans: Login to your billing account at https://secure.caveim.com. Go to "Products & Services" and select the subscription you'd like to manage. Then click "Upgrade/Downgrade" at the bottom of the page to select a new plan. All changes are manually approved and may take several hours before becoming active.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope! You pay the hosting/CMS fee monthly and are not bound by any contract or agreement to continue to use the service. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
Sorry, we do not offer full or partial refunds for any payments, no exceptions.
How does payment for design and setup fees work?
When you purchase the design service through our ordering system, we will generate an invoice for the full amount of that service. You can pay the entire fee at once or you can choose to spread out payments throughout the life of the project. We do require a minimum $500 deposit to begin work on your design, though. The remainder of the fee (if any) will be due upon completion of the design mockups. Final templates will not be delivered or launched until payment is complete in full.
