Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Nope – billing is month-to-month.
What payment methods do you accept?

When are sites billed?
Your upcoming month’s platform fee is automatically charged on the first day of the billing cycle. If you upgrade during the middle of a billing cycle, a prorated charge for the remainder of that month will be assessed at the start of the next billing cycle.
How does the free trial work?
Your 14-day trial includes full access to the entire SiteWild platform allowing you to create sites, work with the builder, and explore our suite of tools.
The only thing you can’t do during a trial is assign a custom domain to your site.
To assign a custom domain or keep your account active past the 14 day trial, upgrade to a paid plan.
If I upgrade during my trial do I lose the additional free days of the trial?
No way! You’ll finish out your free trial and your first payment will be taken once the trial has ended.
Do I need to enter my credit card info to start a trial?
No. Your credit card is only required if you choose to activate service at the end of your free trial.
What’s your refund policy?
If you’re not thrilled with your SiteWild experience, let us know within 30 days of signing up. We’ll cancel your account and refund 100% of your first month’s fee, no questions asked.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. If SiteWild isn’t the right solution for your business, you can cancel directly from your account control panel.
Can I receive a partial refund if I cancel a site?
No, we do not issue partial refunds for any downgrades during a billing cycle.
Is there a fee to sign up as a reseller?
Unlike some other platforms, there is no fee to create your reseller account.
Is there a limit to the number of sites I can create?
No.
